Mark Fortunatow

B.Sc. (Ma.Sc.) B.Ec. – Executive Chairman

Mark Fortunatow is a co-founder and Chief Executive of the MGM Wireless Group. He brings more than 3 decades of Senior Executive Management experience in Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance and Customer Support.

Mr Fortunatow previously founded or held major equity positions in three successful technology-based enterprises, Linx Computer Systems (developer and marketer of financial software), Timekeeping Australia (a leader in the Australian workforce management market) and Netline Technologies (a company designing, engineering, selling and distributing IP voice-based mobile wireless solutions). Mr Fortunatow has accumulated substantial practical experience in the many disciplines required to successfully launch and grow a successful and sustainable technology enterprise.

Mr Fortunatow was on the Board of Directors of the Asthma Foundation of South Australia Incorporated, and since 2017 has been the President of Concordia College Alumni Association – Old Concordians.
He holds a degrees in Bachelor of Science (Mathematical and Computer Sciences) and Bachelor of Economics from Adelaide University. Director of the MGM Group since 2001.

Leila Henderson

Non-Executive Director

Mrs Henderson is one of a handful of female technology business founders in Australia. A former News Ltd journalist, she’s a Yellow Pages Business Ideas award winner and ZONTA Entrepreneur of the Year who combines hands-on experience developing successful web-based businesses with many years of training business owners in written and spoken communication.

In 2004, Mrs Henderson developed the first Australian press release distribution service to be accredited by Google News. Now a cloud-based PR and Social Marketing Platform, Newsmaker has a customer base of over 10,000 companies representing over 35,000 brands. Newsmaker is consistently named No.1 press release service in Australia by independent web analysts.

The current State President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), Leila has served as a judge for the National IT Awards, SAiMX and AIMIA Awards. Leila’s background is journalism, in Toronto, London and Sydney, where she worked in senior roles including the Australian Women’s Weekly, Reader’s Digest, The Canadian and The Australian.

Glen Butler

Non-Executive Director

Mr Butler is an experienced Senior Executive with a strong focus on Sales, Finance and Manufacturing on an International Level.

Previous roles include President of Pratt Industries Inc (Visy) in the United States, General Manager of Visy Board in Australia, COO Mariani USA and Managing Director of Mariani Europe in the US which is the largest private dried fruit company in the US.
