The company seeks to employ a highly organised, disciplined, strong and detailed focused individual to support its accounting and administrative operations.
The role
- Established, highly successful company
- Prepare accounts to trial balance stage, carrying out all key reconciliations;
- Prepare and reconcile compliance returns, PAYG, and Payroll Tax
- Assist with the preparation of the annual R & D claim
- Carry out all accounts payable duties
- Prepare and issue all invoices and other relevant material to new and renewing customers, including maintenance of the CRM as required;
- Prepare and maintain key spreadsheets used in the administration of the company
- Carry out other administrative tasks, including assisting with company secretarial and ASX matters; and
- other tasks as required.

- At least 3 years experience in an accounting, bookkeeping or similar role
- Experience and competence in the use of Excel and other programs in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the MYOB suite of programs
- Experience with CRM systems
